          Telangana Samagra Shiksha, Hyderabad - Civil Works - ICT and Digital Initiatives - ICT facility to Schools - Supply of Desktops, Printers, UPS along with electrical and networking to the (972) Schools in the State - Certain instructions - Issued.

         The approved supplier, M/s Celkon Impex Private Limited, is scheduled to commence the delivery Of these items to the respective schools.

        The details of the items allocated to each Schools, including their make, model, and quantity, are as follows.

• Ensure that the details of ICT materials such as desktops, printers, UPS systems, along with electrical and networking system supplied to each school is accurately recorded in the Stock register.


• The electrical and networking system items, such as CAT 6 cables, LAN IOs, patch cords, LAN casings, electrical switchboards, electrical wires, MCBs, and electrical casings, shall be accurately measured and verified as per the actual installation at the school level. The installation report shall be issued to the firm only after proper verification of quantities installed.


• Confirm that all items are received in good condition, with no damages or discrepancies.
• Oversee the proper installation of all items to ensure its readiness for use.
• Head masters of the respective schools must submit signed delivery challans, stock entry register and installation reports to M/s Celkon implex Private Limited (supplier) as proof of delivery and installation. Upon verification, funds will be processed for payment to the supplier.
• Ensure to update the supply details information in the UDISE+.
