ALIMCO Camp Instructions
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.30,85,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Only) to all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers, Samagra Shiksha in the State to meet the expenditure in connection with conduct of the Assessment And Identification Camps from 3 1.07.2024 to 27.08.2024.
Guidelines for Assessment Camps:
- Wide publicity may be given so that the required CwSN along with their parent/escort attends the camp for screening with the following pre-requisite documents.
- Two Passport size photographs (showing disability)
- Disability Certificate issued by State Government (showing disability percentage 40% and above) (If the child is not having disability certificate, he/she may bring a certificate from the Govt. Doctor with attestation by the concerned HM/MEO.
- Income Certificate/Ration Card (If the income of the beneficiary is mentioned on the Ration Card, he/she does not require to produce Income Certificate separately)
- Aadhar Card.
- To pay the actual bus fare to the CwSN and parent/escort towards conveyance/TA under proper acknowledgement.
- To provide Lunch arrangement.
- To utilize the services of IERPs for smooth conduct.
General guidelines:
- To identify the venue suitable for conduct of Distribution Camp and Assessment Camp.
- To make all the required arrangements for smooth conduct of the Camps and there should not be hardship either for CwSN or their parent/escort.
- The Sectoral Officer looking after Inclusive Education in the DPO shall be the Camp In-charge for smooth conduct.
- The Co-ordinator (IE) has to prepare data base of CwSN who require aids & appliances as per Assessment Camp.
- No amount has to be paid to the Officials/Technicians from ALIMCO towards allowances or stay arrangements.
It is mandatory that the children should submit the below mentioned documents to the team during Assessment & Identification Camps.
- Photocopy of Aadhar card
- Photocopy of Income Certificate / BPL Ration Card
- Photocopy of Sadaram Certificate/ Declaration from District Education Officials & Any PHC doctor.
