Supply of Note Books to Govt School Children's

Telangana Samagra Shiksha - Supply of Note Books to the children of Classes VI to XII of all Govt., Local Body, TREIS, Model Schools, KGBVs and URSs in the State during the academic year 2024-25 — Certain Instructions - Issued.
All the District Educational Officers & EO-DPOs, SS in the State are informed that Government is providing Note Books to the children of Classes VI to XII of all Government, Local body, TREIS, Model Schools, KGBVs and Urban Residential Schools during the academic year 2024-25. In this context, supply orders were placed in favour of Telangana State Trade Promotion Corporation (TSTPC) Ltd., Hyderabad vide reference cited to deliver Note books at District Level to the District Managers of NTB of the Districts concerned by 30.04.2024 and the following are communicated herewith to enable for distribution of Notebooks to Mandal point.
- Copy of the Lr.No.1885/SS/T7/2023, Date: 25.04.2024 addressed to the General Manager (PPD), TSTPC Ltd., Hyderabad pertaining to the details of class, subject and variety wise indent of note books.
- Statement showing the details of District wise, class wise, Subject wise indent of Note books for verification before distribution to the Mandal point. (Annexure-I).
- Statement showing the details of Mandal wise, class wise, variety wise indent of Note Books for verification before distribution to the school point. (Annexure-II).
- Statement showing the details of School/College wise, class wise and variety wise indent for supply of Note books to the Children of classes VI to XII. (Annexure-III).
In this context, all the District Educational Officers & EO-DPO, SS in the state are informed that distribution of Note books to the Schools shall be as per following criteria.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & EO-DPOs, SS in the State are requested to follow the following instructions for distribution of Note books to the children of Classes VI to XII of all Government, Local body, TREIS, Model Schools, KGBVs and Urban Residential Schools during the academic year 2024-25.
- Based on Mandal wise strength particulars for the c asses VI to XII as per Annexure - II, Note books are to be packed Mandal wise as per class wise and variety wise as mentioned above and shall be sent to the MEOs under proper acknowledgement.
- The Mandal Educational Officers shall distribute the Notebooks to the Headmasters of respective schools in the Mandal, class wise, variety wise based on strength during 2024-25 by obtaining acknowledgment from the HMs of respective schools.
- The HMs shall distribute Notebooks to the Children class Wise, variety wise based on strength during 2024-25 in the school under proper acknowledgement.
- Any lapses or misuse of Notebooks at District / Mandal / School Level shall lead for initiation of disciplinary action against the concerned as per rules.
