BC Assets Geo Locations APP


Geo locations download the BC Assets. Apk file through "Telegram app" Instructions issued


            All the DEOs in the state are informed that, as per the U-DISE data 2019-20 the 43062 schools are functioning under all managements in the state. In these schools, 40957 schools are having Geo locations (latitude & Longitude values) and the remaining 2105 schools are not having Geo locations (latitude & Longitude values) and the same have to be collected from the schools.

                The DEOs are also informed that, for the collection of Geo locations information (Latitude & Longitude values) BC-Assets app (Apk file) has been created. The information has to be collected through the CRPs. The following is the procedure for utilizing the BC Assets app (Apk file) through the "Telegram app"

  • By using this Apk file install the Bc-Assets app.
  • When Open the Bc-Assets app 3 major icons will see
  1.  Add Record
  2. Manage Records
  3. Save Records
Click on Add Records then fill the School Information
  • Beneficiary Name - School Information
  • Asset Name - Village Name
  • Asset Cost - School ID
  • Date should be default



  • Then right corner camera symbol is their click on the Icon the Capture the image after capturing the image it will show done click on that, then click on the Add Record (Record added successfully)
  • That saved Record we can see in the Manage Records (for Checking)
  • Before closing this app click on the Save Records (Records saved into a file successfully)
  • And finally Go to file manger in that BC Assets app we can see excel files and Images.
  • Finally Saved Excel file send to TG Planning MIS.

               The list of 2105 schools are communicated to all the DEOs in the Sate and they are requested to collect the information through the CRPs and arrange to send the same to State office through the above app by 31.03.2020.
