      Civil Works - Construction of (2) Class Rooms including toilet block (1WC+4 urinals) and 1 Lab for 27 KGBVs newly upgraded to Junior Colleges - Execution of works through Advisory Committee of KGBVs

                The Administrative sanction was accorded vide reference 2"d cited for an amount of Rs.830.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eight Crores Thirty Lakhs only) for Construction of 2 Class Rooms including toilet block (1WC+4 urinals) and 1 Lab for 27 KGBVs newly upgraded to Junior Colleges by utilizing the funds available under the activity "strengthening of Existing Schools under RMSA (Spill over)" for the year 2018-19 and as approved in the 9'h EC meeting of TSS Society held on 05.12.2018.
   
               As per draft frame work for implementation of the Samagra Shiksha at Clause 2.14 (Execution of Civil Works): Construction activities are to be undertaken with community involvement. Planning and implementation by the community through SMC/SMDC in all infrastructure development activities will be mandatory. AI1 the works costing up to Rs.30 Lakhs will be executed preferable by SMC/SDMC and in KGBVs, Advisory Committee consist of concerned MEO, Special Officer & Parent.

              Therefore, after careful examination of the matter, permission is hereby accorded to take up the sanctioned works "Construction of 2 Class Rooms including toilet block (1WC+4 urinals) and 1 Lab for 27 KGBVs newly upgraded to Junior Colleges" costing up to Rs.30.00 Lakhs through Advisory Committee of KGBVs.

            The above works are entrusted to the Managing Director, TSEWIDC, Hyderabad for execution with the Advisory Committee of KGBVs with a instructions to complete the works before starting next academic year.
