Aadhaar Enrollment kits - Honorarium (TA and mobile charges) to the Mandal MIS Coordinators/ Data entry operators

                All the District Educational Officers in the State has informed that the SPD, SSA has enrolled as a Registrar of UIDAI for new Aadhaar generation and updation of Biometrics. Accordingly, 162 Aadhaar enrolment kits procured and supplied to the Nodal mandals to establish Aadhaar enrolment centers in the State and given Aadhaar training to all MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators and District Technical persons vide reference 2nd cited.

               

                 In this context above, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the concerned Mandal Educational Officers act as a Nodal Officer for Aadhaar enrolment and allot the work on rotation basis every 15 days to the Mandal MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators. The Mandal MIS Coordinators. Data Entry Operators are also fix the responsibility to update the new Aadhaar enrolment and updation of biometrics and to attend the schools in their concerned Mandals at least twice a year is mandatory with the following points.

•  The TA in lumpsum Rs.500/- and Mobile charges Rs.200/- to be paid to the MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators who have qualified and enrolled as enrollment Agency bank account directly from the Management cost 2018-19 of the DPO to achieve the target, not less than 50 enrollment per day.
• The person who is taking Aadhar enrollment he should be maintain a register and kept at their Mandal Office for records purpose. And compliance report to DEO/DPO for release of allowances.
• All Nodal Mandal MEOs will be held responsible for not completion of the entrusted work, they will be liable for taking necessary disciplinary action as per CCA Rules.
• The MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators are directed to take necessary action to be initiation for on boarding the Kits.
