                 The attention of all the District Educational Officers & EO-DPOs, SSA in the State is invited to the references 1st and 2nd read above and they are informed to terminate the services of the IERPs for the academic year 2017-18 w.e.f. 12.04.2018 i.e., the last working of the Schools for the academic year 2017-18. The date of engaging the services of IERPs afresh during next academic year 2018-19 will be communicated later.

                However, the Performance Appraisal Formats of IERPs (Format A&B) are sent herewith and they are requested to assess the performance put up by the IERPs during 2017-18 using these formats and keep ready the list of IERPs to be engaged afresh during next academic year 2018-19 by following the guidelines issued in the reference 2nd cited.

                This has got the approval of the Commissioner & Director of School Edn. & Ex-Officio State Project Director, SSA Telangana, Hyderabad.
