Conduct of Training to the MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators

SSA, TS, Hyderabad- Conduct of training to the MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators through e-learning mode at the DIETs of erstwhile 10 districts in Collaboration with Dr. MCRHRDI, Jublee Hills, Hyderabad form 7th to 24th March 2018.

All the DEOs and Principals of DIETs, in the State Principal CTE Warangal & Principal IASE, Hyderabad are hereby informed that vide reference cited, it is proposed to conduct a training programme to MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators working in MRCs through e-learning mode at the DIETs of erstwhile 10 districts in collaboration with Dr. MCRHRDI, Jublee Hills, Hyderabad in batches of 30 per day form 7th to 24th March 2018 on soft skhills like communication skills, time managements, goal setting, leadershiop, RTI, Office management, financial management which are useful.
This training programme will be conducted in the DIETs 10 erstwhile districts, IASE Hyderabad and CTE Warangal. The MIS Coordinators trained at Dr. MCRHRDI on 28th February 2018 @ 3 per districts will work as master trainers and conduct the training in bathcers of 30 per day. The Regional Training Managers of MCRHRDI stationed at the erstwhile 10 district headquarters will be the nodal incharges to coordinate the training programme. The training will be through e-learning mode using online modules at the District level computer lab i.e., DIETs, CTE, IASE.

In this regard, the District Educational Officers of 10 erastwhile districts are directed to convene a meeting with DIET Principal/ CTE/ IASE, Regional Training Managers of MCRHRDI and District MIS Coordinator and discuss the paln of action to conduct the training programme and day wisee schedule of the training programme showing no. of MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators to be attended from the districts. Accordingly, the principal DIET shall give information and communicate the day wise schedule to the District Educational Officers to depute the MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators to the training programme at the DIETs. The District Educational Officers of new districts are directed to depute the MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operatos to the training programme at DIETs as per the schedule communicated by the Principal, DIET.
The Principals of DIETs, CTE Warangal, IASE, Hyderabad are directed to make ready the Computer Lab along with internet facility so as to conduct the training programme in e-learning mode. Any small repairs if any / wiring etc., shall be attended by the principal DIET, CTE, IASE Immediately duly using the available budget of SSA/RMSA and prepare the lab for the training. The user charges @ 5000/- per day towards internet, electricity, water, toilets, maintenance etc., will be provided by Dr. MCRHRDI through Regional Training Mangers of MCRHRDI. The Principals of DIET/ CTE/ IASE shall open a separate saving account and deposit the amount and maintain such fund for maintenance of computer Labs. The MIS Coordinators trained at Dr. MCRHRDI as RPs shall visit the DIETs one day in advance and check the lab readiness and other facilities so as to conduct the training effectively form next day onwards.
The TA, Conveyance, working lunch, tea, water, honorarium to the Resource Persons, contingencies etc., will be released by the Dr. MCRHRDI through Regional Training Mangers of Dr. MCRHRDI.
