                          Planning & MIS - Updation of Child Info with Aadhar by technical Persons, MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators - Training at Godavari Hall, O/o SIEMAT, Hyderabad.

                         The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex - Officio District Project Officers, SSA in Telangana State except Rangareddy and Hyderabad districts is invited to the subject read above and they are informed that a training programme is scheduled at Godavari Hall, O/o SIEMAT, Hyderabad regarding utilization of biometric kits (UIDAI Certification for Operator/Supervisor) on the dates mentioned against the names of the districts:

                          The DEOs & EO DPOs are therefore instructed to depute the concerned District Technical Person and Mandal MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators on the date of training to Godavari Hall, O/o SIEMAT, Hyderabad without fail. If the District Technical Person is no available, then the Data Entry Operator may be sent for the training.

                        The DEOs & EO DPOs are also instructed to submit the information of District Technical Person, Mandal MIS Coordinators and Data Entry Operators in the Proforma enclosed to proceedings on or before 23/10/2017.

                          The TA/DA of the visiting officials shall be met form the District Management Cost.
                           This has got the approval of Commissioner & Director of School Education & Ex-Officio State Project Director, TSSA, Hyderabad.
