All the District Educational Officers and Ex-officio Project Officers of SSA in the state are informed that the SSA is decided to collect the data of Child-wise children performance through online since five years. recently the CCE grading was revised and the pattern was changed. Since introduction of CCE 4 Formative and 3 Summative assessments was conducted, At present 4 Formative and 2 Summative assessments were conducted from 2015-16 onwards. In this regard the SSA has decided to collect the in collaboration with NIC in childinfo website,
The NIC has opened the child-wise, school-wise format for the year 2017-18 for uploading the children attendance and performance at school and mandal level. In this regard the following instructions are to follow at the mandal, school levels.

- All MRCs download and print the school-wise, class-wise and child-wise proforma of F.A1 and F.A2 and send to the schools through CRP for filling the children performance
- After fill the marks and upload the data entry through childinfo website at mandal level for Primary and Upper Primary schools.
- All High school HMs are requested to upload the children performance at school level only.
- Student attendance colums included this year. The attendance is as follows
