v Telangana Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Hyderabad – Planning & MIS - Identifying Technical Person from existing Mandal MIS Coordinator/ Data Entry Operator. Who are willing at District Project Office of concerned District

v All the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio District Project Officers of SSA in the State are informed that the Commissioner & Director of School Education & Ex- Officio State Project Director, SSA Telangana, Hyderabad has been enrolled as Registrar of UIDAI for new Aadhar enrollment and Updation of bio-metrics of the School age children in Telangana State. One Technical Person has to be positioned in the DPOs exclusively to coordinate with Mandals and State Office for the above purpose.

v In this context, the following guidelines are issued for strict compliance.

Ø The Technical Person has to be indentified among the MIS Coordinators/Data Entry Operators working in the MRCs and who is willing to work in the DPO.

Ø The vacancy arisen due to positioning of MIS Coordinator /Data Entry Operator as Technical Person in the DPO may be shown as vacant in the respective MRC

Ø The Honorarium of the identified Technical Person has to be paid from the DPO s vacant in the respective MRC

Ø The Technical Person is responsible for new Aadhar enrollment and Updation of bio metrics of the School age Children in the District and he/she has to coordinate with Mandal and State Office on technical issues as and when required.

v Therefore, the District Educational Officers and Ex-Officio District Project Officers of SSA in the State are requested to identify one Technical Person in the DPO as per above guidelines on or before 20.07.2017 and furnish the compliance in the following format. Necessary training will be provided to the technical persons at state level by UIDAI
